BROWNSVILLE, TX – Officers with the Brownsville Police Department responded to a rear-end collision along Morningside Road last Monday evening.
The crash occurred just before 5 p.m. within the 2200 block of Morningside Road west of the intersection with Apollo Circle.
Investigators say the 25-year-old woman behind the wheel of a 2007 Toyota made an improper start from a parked position and collided with the rear of a 2015 Dodge.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported as an immediate result of the crash. Both vehicles sustained significant damage but were driven away from the scene.
