Rear-end collision reported on Ocean Dr.

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Officials with the Corpus Christi Police Department responded to a two-vehicle rear-end collision on Ocean Drive last Friday afternoon.

The incidnet occurred shortly after 1 p.m. within the 3900 block of Ocean Dr. near the intersection with Bayside-Bayridge Drive.

Police say the 25-year-old woman behind the wheel of a 2007 Nissan failed to control her speed when she collided with the rear of a 2016 Isuzu.

Neither the woman responsible nor the 32-year-old male driver of the Isuzu was reportedly injured as a direct result of the collision.
