Rear-end collision reported on Old Port Isabel Rd.

BROWNSVILLE, TX – Authorities in Brownsville have reported a multi-vehicle rear-end collision at a busy Brownsville intersection last Wednesday.

The accident was reported shortly after noon within the intersection of Old Port Isabel Road and East Price Road.

Police say a man driving a 1999 Ford was traveling at a high rate of speed when he collided with the rear driver’s side of a 2020 Toyota.

Neither the driver responsible for the crash nor the woman in the Toyota was injured as a direct result of the crash.
