Rush-hour collision causes major delays on I-35 in south San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Police in south San Antonio shut down multiple lanes along I-35 following a rush-hour crash Thursday morning.

According to Total Traffic San Antonio, the accident occurred shortly before 8:30 a.m. within the northbound lanes of the interstate near the exit to West Southcross.

The cause of the crash is unknown at this time. However, traffic was backed up to SW Military Drive for some time following the collision.

No injuries have been reported as a result of the crash.
