Rush-hour collision on I-35 causes major delays in southwest San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A rush-hour collision caused major delays for commuters on San Antonio’s southwest side Monday morning.

According to Total Traffic San Antonio, the accident occurred at about 9:20 a.m. within the southbound lanes of I-35 near the Loop 410 interchange.

The number of vehicles involved in the collision is unclear at this time. However, no injuries have been reported as a direct result.

Traffic in the area was backed up for some time following the crash. All lanes have since been reopened.
