SAN ANTONIO, TX – Commuters in northeast San Antonio were faced with significant delays following a rush-hour collision Monday evening.
According to Total Traffic San Antonio, the accident occurred just after 5 p.m. within the northbound lanes of the interstate near Exit 182 to Engel Road

The cause of the crash is unclear at this time. However, motorists have been adivsed to seek an alternate route as traffic is backed up to Hubertus Road while crews work to clear the scene.
No injuries have been reported as a result of the northeast San Antonio car accident.
