SAN ANTONIO, TX – Commuters on San Antonio’s northwest side were faced with major delays as the result of a rush-hour collision Friday morning.
According to Total Traffic San Antonio, the accident occurred at about 8:15 a.m. within the eastbound lanes of the freeway at the West Hausman Road overpass.

The circumstances leading up to the crash are unclear at this time. However, Traffic was halted in the area for about a half-hour while emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
All lanes have since been reopened.
