SA police searching for driver responsible for high-speed chase

SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to Fox San Antonio, police are searching for the driver who led them on a high-speed chase then crashed near Brackenridge Park.

The chase began at 11 p.m. Tuesday, when a police officer attempted to pull over a speeding sedan on Highway 281 near Hildebrand. The driver never slowed, maintaining speeds in excess of 100 mph, and the officer ended their pursuit due to safety concerns.

The sedan was later discovered overturned near a service road at N St. Mary’s Street. It is unclear if anyone was injured.
