San Antonio hit-and-run collision involving pedestrian reported on I-10

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Investigators with the San Antonio Police Department are seeking information that may lead to the identification of a suspect responsible for striking a pedestrian on I-10 and fleeing the scene last Thursday.

The incident occurred at about 9:43 p.m. along I-10 near the Vance Jackson Road overpass when the driver of an unknown red vehicle struck a pedestrian and proceeded down the interstate without rendering assistance to the victim.

No identifying information with regard to the victim involved in the crash has been released at this time. We will continue to monitor this developing story for any pertinent updates should they be made available.
