SAN ANTONIO, TX – A man from San Antonio lost his leg when he was hit by a drunk driver while visiting family in Lubbock, KSAT reports.
The 42-year-old victim was unloading his trunk when a driver lost control of his vehicle and crashed into him. The crash pinned him between the two cars and severed his leg.
The victim was taken to the hospital for emergency surgery.
The driver failed a sobriety test and was arrested.
