BROWNSVILLE, TX – Police in Brownsville were called to a multi-vehicle collision near a busy intersection last Friday morning.
The two-vehicle crash was reported shortly before 10:30 a.m. at 14 Port Isabel Road just north of the intersection with Boca Chica Boulevard.
Responding officers believe the driver of a 2008 Saturn, a 58-year-old woman, failed to yield the right of way while turning left onto Boca Chica Blvd. when she sideswiped a 2014 Volkswagen.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported as an immediate result of the crash.
