SAN ANTONIO, TX – Official with the NEISD have confirmed a local school district police officer died as the result of a multi-vehicle crash Thursday morning.
According to Fox 29 San Antonio, the tw0-vehicle collision took place at about 9 a.m. along Broadway Boulevard near Loop 410.
The cause of the crash is unclear at this time. However, the officer was killed and another person was rushed to the hospital.
The identity of the officer is being withheld at this time. Officials say it was only his second day on the job.
