Several residents displaced after southwest San Antonio apartment fire

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A number of residents were left without a home following an apartment fire southwest of San Antonio last Saturday morning.

According to KSAT, the fire erupted at a two-story apartment building within the 2500 block of S. General McMullen Drive. Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire in a short amount of time as well as get all of the residents and pets out without any being hurt as a result.

One unit has been determined as a total loss with the damages estimated upwards of $15,000 dollars.
