MCALLEN, TX – Police in McAllen responded to a single-vehicle crash involving a suspected intoxicated driver early Saturday morning.
The crash occurred shortly before 7:30 a.m. along I-2 near the exit to State Route 115.
Investigators believe the 26-year-old female driver of a 2018 Hyundai was under the influence when she swerved off the roadway and collided with a fixed object.
No information with regard to the identity of the driver involved has been made available to the public at this time.
