Single-vehicle DWI collision reported on Autumn Sage Dr.

BROWNSVILLE, TX – Police in Brownsville responded to a suspected DWI collision near State Highway 48 last Wednesday morning.

The incident occurred when the 29-year-old female driver of a 2003 Mazda collided with a fixed object within the 2300 block of Autumn Sage Drive at about 10:15 p.m.

The woman was not injured as a result of the collision. However, authorities believe drugs may have played a role in the crash. No details regarding any charges she may be facing have been made available at this time.
