Single-vehicle rollover crash reported near Lafayette Place

SAN ANTONIO, TX –  A driver suffered critical injuries following a rollover crash at I-10 and I-410 Saturday, KSAT reports.

The crash occurred when a 30-year-old man driving a Toyota 4Runner struck an attenuator while changing lanes on the I-410 ramp. The 4runner rolled over several times, ejecting the driver in the process.

First responders were dispatched to the wreck around 1:20 a.m. They transported the driver to University Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

During the incident, a female passenger was wearing her seatbelt and only sustained minor injuries. She was not taken to a hospital.

The collision is under investigation.
