BROWNSVILLE, TX – Officials with the Brownsville Police Department believe one of the involved drivers was intoxicated at the time of a two-vehicle collision in a residential area last Thursday.
The accident occurred shortly after 3 a.m. at the intersection of Pinion Drive and La Carreta Trail.
Police say the 58-year-old female driver of a 2007 Jeep made a turn when it was unsafe to do so and collided head-on with a 2006 Honda.
