T-bone collision reported in southeast McAllen

MCALLEN, TX – Police responded to a T-bone collision near downtown McAllen last Wednesday afternoon.

The crash occurred at about 1:22 p.m. within the 1600 block of S.K. Center Street when the driver of a 2006 Chevrolet failed to yield the right of way to a 2019 Buick. The Buick then struck the front passenger’s side of the Chevrolet head-on.

Fortunately, neither the 19-year-old man responsible for the crash nor the 24-year-old woman in the Buick was injured as a result of this car accident in southeast McAllen.
