SAN ANTONIO, TX – First responders were dispatched to a wreck at Fredericksburg Rd and Callaghan Rd Friday, according to Sigalert.

The incident was reported to authorities at 1:11 p.m.

Police have not released details on the cause of the crash or the condition of the victims involved.
