MCALLEN, TX – Two people were killed in a car accident yesterday in Mission, not far from McAllen, reports Valley Central.
The accident took place at the intersection of Shary Road and 2 Mile Line Road when two sedans, a Toyota and a Chevy collided. The Chevy’s driver and a passenger in the Toyota were killed in the accident.
The Toyota’s driver is suspected of driving under the influence and is currently hospitalized. Witnesses say that the Toyota was driving very fast before the crash occurred.
