Universal city man identified in fatal San Antonio motorcycle crash

SAN ANTONIO, TX – The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s office has released the identity of a Universal City man killed in a motorcycle crash Saturday morning.

According to KSAT, the San Antonio motorcycle accident occurred at about 11:30 a.m. within the 5300 block of Walzem Road.

Police say 31-year-old Zachariah Gentry attempted to pass another vehicle at a high rate of speed when the vehicle made an abrupt turn into his motorcycle.

Gentry was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. He died from his injuries at the scene. No other injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
