Update: More information released on fatal Edinburg collision

EDINBURG, TX – The driver of a Ford Mustang died after he collided with the driver of a Dodge Ram on I-69C near Davis Rd Sunday, according to KURV

The accident happened when the Mustang driver changed lanes and struck the Dodge Ram around 9 p.m.

First responders pronounced the Mustang driver dead at the scene and transported the other driver to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities have not yet released the name of the victim.
