Update: Officials ID motorcyclist killed in Alamo crash

ALAMO, TX – Officials have released the name of the motorcyclist who died in a crash on E Frontage Rd Thursday morning, according to KRGV.

Vicente Ortiz Jr., 29, collided with a dog crossing the street around 2:15 a.m. The collision caused Ortiz Jr. to fall off the motorcycle. A vehicle ran over Ortiz Jr. as he was lying in the roadway.

Following the collision, the driver stopped to render aid to Ortiz Jr.
