UPDATE: Victim identified in fatal motorcycle crash on I-10

SAN ANTONIO, TX – The identity of the motorcyclist killed in a multi-vehicle crash on I-10 Sunday night has been released by the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s office, KSAT reports.

The accident took place at about 10 p.m. within the northbound lanes of I-10 near the Fredricksburg Road overpass.

Police say a vehicle hit the motorcycle driven by 33-year-old Matthew Lee Morris, throwing him from the bike. Morris was pronounced dead at the scene.

A number of other vehicles struck the motorcycle as it was lying in the roadway. However, no other injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
