SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to News 4, a vehicle fire at I-410 and Callaghan Rd created traffic delays in the northwest part of San Antonio Wednesday.
The fire began sometime before 6 a.m.
It is unclear if anyone was hurt in the incident.
