SAN ANTONIO, TX – A crash in West San Antonio blocked two left lanes on northbound Lp 410 on Thursday morning.

The accident happened at Marbach Road around 8:20 a.m., according to Total Traffic San Antonio. They report traffic is backed up as far back as Highway 90.
