SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to Fox San Antonio, emergency crews were dispatched to a single-vehicle crash on the lower level of I-35 Friday.
The victim was driving on E Elmira St near McCullough Ave when she went off-road and landed on the lower level of I-35 SB around 1 a.m.
First responders extricated the woman from her vehicle and transported her to an area hospital in critical condition.
Officials have not released the identity of the victim.
