SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to TTN San Antonio, a car accident at southbound I-37 blocked two left lanes of traffic Wednesday.

Traffic was stop-and-go back to Hot Wells, over a mile northwest of the crash site, by 1:20 p.m.
The cause of the incident is not known at this time.
