Wreck blocks left lane of NB I-410 and Rigsby Ave

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A traffic accident blocked the left lane of northbound I-410 and Rigsby Ave Wednesday, according to TTN San Antonio.

The wreck was reported to authorities around 12:40 p.m.
