SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to Fox 29, two people died following a wrong-way collision near Hwy 90 W and Cupples Rd Friday morning.
A sedan driver was heading east in the westbound lanes of Hwy 90 when they struck a semi-truck driver head-on around 3 a.m.
First responders pronounced the driver and passenger inside the sedan dead at the scene of the accident. The semi-truck driver survived the incident. It is unclear whether or not they sufferred any injuries in the crash.
Officials have not released the names of the victims.
