SAN ANTONIO, TX – A wrong-way driver fatally collided with another vehicle at TX 151 and Callaghan Rd Sunday, according to KENS 5.
The driver of a Dodge Nitro was driving the wrong way on TX 151 near Callaghan Rd when they hit the driver of a Cadillac XTS head-on at around 2 a.m.
First responders pronounced the Nitro driver dead at the scene of the accident and transported the Cadillac driver to an area hospital in serious condition.
Authorities believe the Nitro driver may have been impaired during the collision.
