UPDATE: New details emerge following fatal Mission car accident

MCALLEN, TX – New information has been reported by KRGV concerning the fatal car crash that took place in Mission on Sunday evening.

The driver charged for the accident has been identified as 28-year-old Mario Alberto Juarez. He is facing two counts of intoxication manslaughter and his bail has been set at one million dollars.

Juarez has been accused of running a red light at the intersection of Shary Road and 2 Mile Line Road and causing a crash that killed his brother and another car’s driver.
