Woman hospitalized following San Antonio pedestrian hit-and-run

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A San Antonio woman is recovering in the hospital after being struck by a car Monday morning.

According to Fox San Antonio, the 68-year-old woman was attempting to cross Nacogdoches Road at Hillpoint Drive at about 6 a.m. when she was hit.

The force of the impact pushed the woman’s body into oncoming traffic. She was rushed to a local hospital where she remains in unknown condition at this time.

No information with regard to the driver’s identity or the vehicle involved has been made available at this time.
