Woman injured in collision on Alton Gloor Blvd.

BROWNSVILLE, TX – Brownsville police responded to a tw0-vehicle collision that resulted in at least one injury last Thursday evening.

The incident occurred at about 5:39 p.m. along West Alton Gloor Boulevard just west of the intersection with U.S. Route 83.

Police say the 25-year-old male behind the wheel of a 2015 Chevrolet was traveling at an unsafe speed when he made an unsafe turn and was struck by a 1997 Chevrolet.

A 54-year-old woman in the front passenger’s seat was reportedly injured as a result of the crash. However, the extent of her injuries remains unknown at this time.
