CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – A woman crashed her car into a pole near Leopard Street and North Port Avenue, causing her vehicle to roll over and catch fire. The accident occurred at approximately 1:20 p.m. on Saturday, April 18, according to Corpus Christi Caller Times.
When police arrived at the accident, they found the 22-year-old’s Nissan flipped over near an electrical pole which had fallen. Officers declared the driver, Deserey Sanchez, dead on the scene. They believe there were no other passengers in the car and that no other vehicles were involved in the incident.
