Bicyclist in stable condition after being struck by pickup in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A female bicyclist was rushed to a San Antonio hospital after being struck by a vehicle on the northeast side early Monday morning.

According to Fox 29 San Antonio, the accident took place at about 4 a.m. on Randolph Boulevard near the intersection with South Weidner Road.

The victim, whose identity is being withheld at this time, sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the crash and was hospitalized in stable condition. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.

No charges have been filed in connection to the crash as of Monday evening.
