Driver collides with tree injuring a passenger

SAN ANTONIO, TX — A San Antonio driver crashed their car into a tree injuring their passenger last night.

According to KSAT, the accident occurred early this morning on Upland Drive in San Antonio. A driver collided with a tree for unknown reasons. After the accident the driver ran from the scene on foot. Police are still searching for the driver.

A male passenger in the vehicle was injured as a result of the collision. The passenger was later taken to Brooke Army Medical Center. He is currently in stable condition, according to police.
