Driver injured in two vehicle collision in Corpus Christi

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — A two-vehicle collision injured one driver in Corpus Christi on Monday.

According to Corpus Christi police, the crash occurred at around 6:00 p.m. near the intersection of Baldwin Boulevard and Elizabeth Street. An elderly driver in a 1999 maroon Mitsubishi was driving down Baldwin Boulevard when he ignored a stop sign at an intersection and collided with a black 2008 Dodge. The driver of the Dodge was injured in the crash and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
