Fender-bender in San Antonio causes two injuries near Wurzbach Pkwy

SAN ANTONIO, TX — A fender-bender in San Antonio caused injuries on Monday.

According to police, the accident occurred near the intersection of Wurzbach Parkway and North Weidner Street around six in the morning. The driver of a black 2011 Mazda drove behind another vehicle on N. Weidner Road. He followed the vehicle, a 2013 blue Chevrolet, too closely. The Chevrolet then made a sudden stop and the Mazda hit it from the rear. Police report foggy weather at the time of the accident.

Both the drivers of the Mazda and the Chevrolet reported injuries from the accident. The driver of the Mazda was found by police to be at fault for the incident.
