Single-vehicle crash kills a woman

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Early Sunday morning, Jovahna Angel Ovalle died in a single-vehicle crash on South Trinity Street.

According to My San Antonio, the 25-year-old woman was driving south near 200 Trinity Street at 5:30 a.m. on May 10. Ovalle’s Toyota Corolla drifted into the northbound lane and crashed into a parked Ford F-250.

Police officers who responded to the accident pronounced Ovalle dead on the scene. No one was in the parked Ford when the accident occurred.

The accident is currently under investigation to determine why the Toyota drifted across the road. The police report that there is no evidence that Ovalle was braking before the impact.
