SAN ANTONIO, TX – A train fatally struck a pedestrian at Miller Rd and Gibbs-Sprawl Rd Monday afternoon, News 4 San Antonio reports.
The victim was walking along the tracks around 3:20 p.m. when he was hit by the train. First responders performed CPR on the victim, who has since died.
It is unclear if the victim died at the scene of the crash or the hospital.
