BROWNSVILLE, TX – A truck driver fatally collided with a woman at Ruben M Torres Blvd and Laredo Rd Wednesday, according to Valley Central.
First responders pronounced Maria del Carmen Quintero, 63, dead at the scene of the crash around 5:32 p.m.
The cause of the crash is unclear at this time.
