Two dead in wrong-way crash with 18-wheeler

SAN ANTONIO, TX- Two people were tragically killed in a wrong-way crash with an 18-wheeler on Saturday, according to Fox San Antonio. 

Around 1:15 a.m., authorities received a report of reckless driving on 1-10 Eastbound. Reportedly, a driver was traveling west in the eastbound lanes.

When police arrived at the scene, they found a sedan crashed into an 18-wheeler, which caused the sedan to catch on fire. A second 18-wheeler crashed into the cab of the already jackknifed 18-wheeler.

The driver of the sedan and the jackknifed 18-wheeler were killed upon impact. Victims have been identified as Hector Segura and Olga Casa.

The crash remains under investigation.
