PHARR, TX – Officers with the Pharr Police Department responded to a multi-vehicle collision along Interstate 2 Saturday afternoon.
The crash was reported shortly before 6:30 p.m. along I-2 just west of the ramp to I-69E.
Investigators believe the 45-year-old male driver of a 2001 Dodge was traveling at a high rate of speed when he collided with the rear driver’s side of a 2005 Ford.
Neither the man in the Dodge or the 32-year-old man in the Ford were injured as a direct result of the collision.
