SAN ANTONIO, TX — Police responded to a reported collision on Perrin Beitel Road near Sungate Apartments at 9:30 in the evening, according to police.
The driver of a blue Toyota attempted to turn into the entrance to Sungate Apartments while another vehicle, a blue Mazda, was leaving the complex. Eyewitnesses say the driver of the blue Toyota tried to make the turn at high speed and lost control of the vehicle, and crashed into the Mazda. The force of the impact was significant enough to cause the airbags in both vehicles to deploy. The condition of the occupants of the vehicles is not yet known at this time.
