PHARR, TX – According to KRGV, a police officer who was hit by a suspect’s vehicle has been released from the hospital and is now recovering at home.
The officer was hit yesterday at a car wash at Cage Road and Hall Acres Road when he attempted to arrest a suspect who had a burglary warrant against him. The suspect pinned the officer against a wall with his vehicle, injuring the officer. The suspect was arrested following the incident.
The injured officer is now recovering from his injuries at home.
