SAN ANTONIO, TX – According to KSAT, officials have released the name of the man who fatally collided with a semi-truck on N Weidner Rd near Crosswinds Way Friday.
Juan Leija, 44, was heading west on I-35 Frontage Rd when he ran a red light and struck a semi-truck driver around 2:20 a.m.
Rescue crews transported Leija to an area hospital, where he died.
The semi-truck driver was not hurt in the collision.
