Update: Police release name of driver who killed two on I-35 at Eisenhauer Rd

SAN ANTONIO, TX – The name of the wrong-way driver who killed two women Saturday morning has been released by police, according to KENS 5.

Ricardo Rodriguez, 58, led police on a chase for over 18 miles. He was going the wrong way at the intersection of I-35 and Eisenhauer Rd when he slammed into a car occupied by Daniela Lute, 25, and Diana Rubio, 26.

The two women died on impact. Police have charged Rodriguez with two counts of intoxication manslaughter in relation to the collision.
