Update: Teen dies days after McAllen ATV crash

MCALLEN, TX – One teenager involved in a previously reported ATV vs. auto collision in McAllen on Monday night has succumbed to his injuries.

According to KURV, the 15-year-old boy was riding on an ATV when it collided with a vehicle near the intersection of South 10th Street and West Military Highway.

The victim and another 18-year-old rider on the ATV were rushed to the hospital for treatment. The 15-year-old succumbed to his injuries on Thursday.

No updates regarding the condition of the other rider are available at this time.
