SAN ANTONIO, TX – A 53-year-old man died after suffering a medical emergency and crashing near US-281 last Friday afternoon.
According to the San Antonio Express-News, Jacob Fuentes lost control of his SUV in the southbound lanes of St. Marys Street, just west of US-281.
Furentes’ vehicle collided with several other vehicles before skidding off the road and overturning in the D.R. Semmes Family YMCA parking lot.
Fuentes was pronounced dead at the scene. One other driver involved sustained minor injuries but was not hospitalized.
